First of all, to all ragnarok supporters that will read my post. This is just my personal rant about the service for Ragnarok Online by Level Up. I'm not sure if you guys are also experiencing this but most of all the website concerning about Ragnarok PH is broken.
Some of the worst broken parts are the registration page of some sites like the forum site and the customer support site. I can't even pass through the security question of on the forum site. It's a turn off when I want to return playing and need to install ragnarok and it doesn't even let me patch the thing successfully.
The facebook pages (not all of them) are not updated and you can't even message them directly.
Another problem is the link at the Ragnarok site are broken. For example is the Client download and patch links. Even the download link/page of ragnarok has 2 different version!
Level Up really needs to step up and do some immediate actions to fix these things.
